Dr. James E. Taylor resides in Chapin, SC. A life-long learner with over 25-years in the training and organizational development profession, with a distinct technical thread throughout his career. He is currently a Management and Leadership Sr. Consultant and Entry-Level Program Manager for Information Systems Training, a division of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. James’ Doctorate is in Organization Management with a specialization in Leadership; he holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education. He is also an MBA and Graduate Adjunct Professor for Colorado State Global and Southern New Hampshire Universities specializing in leadership, management, consulting, and organizational development. James served 20-years in the United States Air Force in various roles where he obtained a Master Instructor Certification and two Associate Degrees, first in Aircraft Avionics Technology and second as an Instructor of Technology. Since retiring from the Air Force, James has worked, managed, and consulted in many areas of organizational and leadership development with experience in professional services, healthcare, government, industrial, and non-profit organizations. James also served on CompTIA’s Future IT Skills Committee, South Carolina Tech Talent Committee and the South Carolina Apprenticeship Employers Council.
