Richard Braden leads the global training department for Honeywell International - Building Technology Solutions. Rich has led training departments in the financial services, online media, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. In addition to his training operations experience, Rich has held leadership positions in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), and specialty pharmacy industries. He serves on the board of directors for Minnesota Computers for Schools, and is an active volunteer in Crossroads Career Network, a faith-based leadership program for professionals in career transition and mentors graduate students at the University of Minnesota College of Education. 

Rich holds BS and MEd degrees from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He is certified in lean six sigma and human factors from Honeywell International. Rich and his family reside in Shoreview, MN. His favorite pastimes include camping and outdoor activities, watching movies, community service, hanging out with family and friends, and networking.
