Allison Crone is a Lead Learning and Development Specialist supporting Consulting Technology across three U.S. Delivery Centers. Allison specializes in developing, implementing, and managing new programs (both internal and customer facing). Allison partners with the business to develop and execute annual learning plans. She also manages the campus and intern onboarding programs along with bringing external and internal learning opportunities to the U.S. Delivery Centers. Prior to Deloitte, Allison worked for a large telecommunication company for 10.5 years in a variety of roles from leadership, program management, retail, operations, and enterprise program management.
